About the job
As a technical sales trainee, you will report directly to the Regional Head of Sales Industrial.. You will closely collaborate with our Non-Ferrous Metals (NFM), cement and lime, technical marketing, and process industries (PI) teams. You will primarily develop a deep understanding of our various products and services to effectively communicate their technical benefits to potential clients and customers. With your technical knowledge, you will collaborate with the Sales team to identify areas for improvements in the areas of potential growth Together with the sales and technical marketing team, you will create compelling sales presentations. In this position, you will frequently travel to our customer sites, and production plants in Europe, CIS & and Türkiye regions.
In addition, your tasks will include
- Delivering technical presentations to both our internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting customer meetings to understand their needs and requirements
- Assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
The recruitment process for the Global Trainee Program is a multi-stage process that spans several months from February 2024 to June 2024. The stages include the Screening stage, Video Application stage, the Interview stage, and the Assessment Center stage. Successful candidates will be issued their contracts in June 2024 and will start their trainee positions in September 2024.

What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
A technical bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, metallurgy, ceramics, or any other field of similar technical relevance
Data analytic skills
Basic knowledge of refractories Languages
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
- German would be beneficial
- Any other language will be considered an asset Work Experience
Work Experience
- Initial work experience (internships etc.) in sales/marketing from a manufacturing industry

The annual gross salary for this position will start from €50.286,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications as well as the amount of overtime. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
